Collector checklist
Start with format. A wax pack, cello pack, rack pack, blister pack and foil booster should not be judged by the same clues.
Photograph both ends. Crimping, heat seals, fold alignment and corner compression matter more than the front artwork.
Check thickness and squareness. A pack that bulges oddly, twists, caves in or has unequal stacks deserves closer review.
Compare against graded examples and sold comps rather than seller claims.
Sealed packs should be treated as condition-sensitive collectibles. Do not open a pack for curiosity if the value depends on sealed status, and do not rely on a single seller claim when edge details, wrapper condition or slab information are unclear.
